People smile back and I feel elated!
Dear Dr Ghalili:
I wanted to drop you a note to share with you the unexpected result of what I thought was a procedure mostly to satisfy my own vanity. In the short time since my veneers, I find that I smile much more. And no surprise that brings more people smiling back at me. What is a surprise to me is that the net effect is that all those smiles come full circle and I actually FEEL more elated.

A little story-Lasting Quality The 30+ Year Bridge
Dear Dr. Ghalili,
In the late 1980’s / early 1990’s you performed extensive restoration work on my Father. This work included a large bridge and resulted in him having a beautiful smile. Fast forward to 2023 (30 + years later) my Father is 89 and still has a dazzling smile. He never had an issue with your work or the bridge. He recently experienced a small infection on the gum above the bridge. During the gum work they loosened the bridge. Yesterday, I took my Father to a young, highly rated Prosthodontist in Jupiter, FL. The Dr. could not believe my Dad’s bridge was 30 plus years old and in perfect shape. The Prosthodontist said he has never seen a bridge last more than 15 years. He was awestruck with vour work. The best news is, the Dr. only needed to clean and re-cement it. We were sure he was going to need a new bridge.
